All fitness classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Modifications are provided when needed. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel to every class.

Morning Fitness Classes

Bootcamp

Designed to challenge your entire body with muscle conditioning exercises and cardio drills to challenge your endurance. This class is for any fitness level. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.

Bootcamp Trio

DEach day we will have a different focus for our workout. On Mondays (30 min), we will have a class designed to challenge our cardio endurance. Both high and low impact options will be given. On Wednesdays (45 min), we will work the entire body with a combination of cardio, strength, and core exercises. On Friday (45 min), we will focus on strength by challenging our muscles and aiming for muscle fatigue. All fitness levels welcome.

Cardio/Strength/Core

Each class is divided into three 15-minute intervals, 15 min of core training, 15 min of strength training and 15 min of cardio training to give you a full body workout. All fitness classes welcome. No equipment needed. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.

Lunch Time Class

Pilates/Barre

Location: Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive (around back enter blue door)
Instructor: Ellen Utter
Combine the fundamentals  of Pilates with a barre workout inspired by ballet, dance, Pilates, and yoga. Tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Build core strength, stability, and balance with this high intensity/low impact workout using portable ballet barres/chairs for light support. Sometimes other light apparatus is used. Proper form and alignment are emphasized during the barre routines and the Pilates mat work. You will truly work  your booty and shape your legs. All levels welcome. Yoga mats are optional and modifications are demonstrated.

Are you ready for summer?! This full body workout will focus on body weight exercises to reduce inches around your waistline and get the strong legs, arms, and back you will need to keep up with summer activities. Using a mix of your own body weight, functional movement, and super challenges, this program is designed to burn calories and strengthen muscles at your optimal rate. Targeting specific areas of the body each week will get you results! Intensity: medium to moderate. Get ready to sweat! Please bring your own mat, water and towel.

Active Adult Strength

Strength is the most important element of fitness because it makes doing anything easier. No matter your age or ability level, everyone should be engaged in regular strength training. Designed for all fitness levels, this full-body strength class teaches safe and effective training techniques using dumbbells, body weight and bands. You'll tighten your core, improve upper and lower body muscle tone, burn calories and reduce body fat. All levels welcome.

P90X Live

P90X Live is somewhat different than the popular home fitness series. It is a challenging total-body strength and conditioning class for anyone looking to get fit and toned. This results-driven workout is designed to burn calories and build muscle with medium to heavy weights. Great for all fitness levels and can be modified.

Yoga Flow
