This training program is designed for those looking to get into running or back into running. The class will offer a mix of walking, running and cross training. Participants will be provided a training program and will meet twice a week to train together. Each week will increase in running distance with the end goal of finishing HOT2TROT 5K! Race day is June 15th. HOT2TROT race fee is not included, but participants will receive a discount on the race fee.
